Sadbh had a fantastic night and slept
right through until 5:45, just before Larissa left.
After breakfast, a nappy change and
some cuddles with mommy, Sadbh was back to sleep until 8:45.
Breakfast was fun and Sadbh got to watch
her baby sign show on DVD. She loved every minute of it and was bouncing up and
down in her high chair while making signs for her favorite animals.
Destiny was working with Sadbh today
and Sadbh got to practice walking solo with her baby walker. This was the first
time she used it by herself and she had a look of pride on her face.
She was ready for trach care after
all the walking around and, since she was so tired, trach care was quite easy.
Sadbh woke up in a great mood after her
nap, and was ready for the fun and games to resume.
The weather was good, so the fun
moved outside and Sadbh was delighted.
She really enjoys being out in the
yard where she can check out all the flowers, trees, birds and airplanes.
Later on it was time for a walk through
the neighborhood in the hope that Sadbh would fall asleep in her stroller for
her second nap of the day.
She was way too excited and would not
fall asleep. Sadbh was checking everything out and could not keep from pointing
at all the wonderful things that she saw.
When it came time for bed this
evening, poor Sadbh was well beyond being tired, however, it did not take long
for her to drop off to sleep once she was bundled up in her pajamas and sleep
sack.
Larissa is working again tonight, so
I’m sure Sadbh will get a good night sleep.
