Sadbh slept like a log for most of the night and woke
up in an excellent mood.
Katie and I had checked in on her throughout the
night to make sure she was all right and every couple of hours we had to drain
water from her humidifier hose.
Sadbh had horse riding classes today and she could
not wait to get there and onto her horse.
She had a great time and even got to ride the horse
backwards.
By the time we got home she was quite tired but it
was time for a bath and trach care.
Sadbh’s nurse was still sick so she got to sleep
upstairs again. It’s going to be hard to get her to sleep in the downstairs
room on Monday night when her other nurse’s shift starts.
