Sadbh
managed just over four hours with her trach capped but she had a very good
night sleep. She woke up around 8 in a great mood and was delighted to see
Mommy sitting there next to her.
Since
the weather was good we took care of some gardening and Sadbh had a great time
helping out. She got stuck into some serious weeding and when it came time to
stuffing all the weeds and yard waste into the bin she did not hold back.
Sadbh
got to release her butterflies in the garden and was able to hold a couple
before they flew off. She did such a great job not to squish them.
After
trach care we headed out for dinner but Sadbh fell asleep within a few blocks
of the house. This nap backfired when it came time for her to go to bed this
evening as she did not fall asleep until long after Helen arrived.
We
had to wait until almost half past ten before she finally fell asleep and by
then we were all wiped out.
