Sadbh was restless through the night and tossed and
turned until she eventfully unhooked herself from her mist collar and later she
fell out of the bed. Thankfully she did not hurt herself and after Katie caught
her she ended up sandwiched between us for the rest of the night.
She woke up shortly after six and was eager to go out
to see if her friends were up and ready to play. As it turned out she had to
wait a couple of hours before anyone else showed up.
The weather today was not great so the kids were
housebound for the most part. They got to enjoy some good playtime along with
movies and after trach care Sadbh finally fell asleep and napped for a couple
of hours.
Later in the afternoon after the weather cleared we
headed the pool for a swim. Sadbh was delighted and got to enjoy herself
splashing around with her friends. It was exhausting to keep her trach from
getting wet but she enjoyed herself so much that it was worth the effort.
