Sadbh had herself another good day today. After her dinner this evening, we headed up to Northgate to run a few errands and then headed out for Sushi with some of the gang.
Sadbh typically falls asleep fairly quickly when we in the car, however today she was wide eyed and checking everything out. Every so often, she would look over at me and give me a big smile.
Shortly before we arrived at the restaurant, she decided that she had enough sight seeing and figured it was a good time to take a nap.
It wasn't very long ago when it was just all adults going out for dinner and a couple of drinks. Tonight it seemed that the adults were fairly close in being outnumbered by kids and there might not be enough room for us all. That said, we all managed to cram into one booth, much to the amusement of the staff and other customers.
The insurance company was working hard to get another nursing agency signed up by the end of the day today, however since we never did hear back from them, we are optimistic that we will have this taken care of by Monday morning.
We do have one nurse scheduled for tonight, but tomorrow night we are flying solo. It's not such a big deal over the weekend since we don't have to work the next morning, but it's looking like we might have a few nights and days without nurse care next week. Hopefully we can get this resolved sooner, rather than later.
