Since we did not have a nurse to look after Sadbh on Saturday night, Katie and I decided to try something different. Rather than take shifts staying awake to watch over her all night, we decided to move all her medical equipment up to our room and use the co-sleeper cot that attaches to the side of our bed for her to sleep in. This worked out extremely well and all three of us got a good nights sleep. The hassle of moving all the equipment was well worth it.
Today was a very relaxing day for all three of us. Sadbh had her first visit to West Seattle and was able to enjoy the West Seattle street festival. It was a gorgeous day and the festival was great, however Sadbh decided she wanted to sleep through the whole event. I suppose, at the end of the day, it's not a bad way to spend the day, especially since it's her three month birthday.
