Sadbh was very restless last
night and ended up spending most of the night with us in bed. Lately she has
being kicking like crazy, even though she is still fast asleep.
We all slept in until 8am this
morning and once Sadbh was awake it was time for the fun and games to start.
We had planned to head out
early this morning to take care of the groceries and that sort of stuff but it
was obvious that Sadbh was getting tired even though it was nowhere near her
naptime.
After a nice warm bath and a
bit of effort, Sadbh was in a deep sleep and ready for trach care.
Everything went great and as
soon as we were done she woke up and was ready to head out.
We were hoping to go out on the
boat again today, however since I didn’t have the right tools to fix it, we
headed down to Madison Park to hang out on the lake.
It was packed with sun
worshipers and Sadbh was fascinated with all the people around us.
She even got to walk on the
sandy beach and got splashed by the waves lapping up on the shore.
Once we arrived home it was
time for dinner and Sadbh helped out by cooking using her kitchen set out in
the garden. It was a lovely evening so we all had dinner outside.
She got to have a bath just
before bedtime, just to wash off all the sun tan lotion. It was another great
day and we hope she sleeps a little better tonight.
