Sadbh slept great and did not
budge until 6:45.
She had a small appetite and
was more interested in playing when she first woke up. After a big poo she obviously made room
in her belly and was then hungry for a nice big breakfast.
She did not have a nurse today
so it was just Sadbh and Nini for most of the day.
Ali-Baba stopped by to help out
with trach care later in the morning and Sadbh was thrilled when she arrived.
Sadbh and Nini headed downtown
later in the day and Sadbh got to take her first ever bus ride. When the bus
pulled up, she was not very keen, however, once she was on the bus and buckled
in, she was in her element.
Needless to say she received a
lot of attention, and as we are well aware, this makes Sadbh a very happy girl.
It was very busy downtown and
Sadbh did not know which way to look. There was so much going on and it kept
her very entertained.
The bus trip home was also a lot
of fun and she could not stop playing peek-a-boo with the other passengers. She
was also doing the baby sign for bus.
The rest of the evening was
spent playing with Katie and myself and despite only having one nap today,
Sadbh had so much energy.
She is without a night nurse
until the 15th, so Sadbh will be up sleeping with us for the next
week.
