Sadbh’s
night was much better and she did not require any suctioning whatsoever. She
woke up just before 8 in a great mood and was very excited when I was there
playing hide and seek with her.
After
her nebulizer she came out to help me make French toast in the kitchen. Just
like yesterday, she did a fantastic job at beating the egg and getting the
bread properly soaked.
She
had a great day and was happy to allow us to manage trach care. Afterwards she
took a well earned nap and slept for an hour and a half.
The
rest of her evening was fun and when it came time for bed it took an hour or so
to get her to sleep.
It
seems that she is over the worst of her cold, as she only needed to be
suctioned a few times throughout the day.
