Sadbh had a much better night and her breathing was a
lot more relaxed. She did have a few moments throughout the night where her
breathing became laboured and we could also hear stridor as the restricted air passed
her vocal cords.
Thanks to having night nurses for almost four and a
half years, Sadbh is a very heavy sleeper and can sleep through anything. She
can even sleep through her baby brother, who likes to wake up and scream his
little head off every hour or so until someone gives him some attention.
It would seem that Sadbh was the only one in the
house who got a decent night sleep and when she woke up she was well rested and
her nose had stopped running.
She had a great day at school and was full of energy
when I picked her up.
We spent the afternoon and evening playing and
building fun things with her building blocks. She has an etch-a-sketch type toy
which she uses to design her structures and it is really impressive the level
of detail she goes into on her projects.
Everyone was exhausted come bedtime and it was little
surprise that Cillian and Sadbh were fast asleep in no time at all.
