Sadbh had another hard night
and day.
We contacted her
pediatrician’s office and they scheduled time to see her as soon as possible.
They ran a whole bunch of
tests to try and figure out what it is that she is dealing with and also to
rule out some potential bugs.
The doctor thinks it may be tracheitis,
a bacterial infection in her trachea. Her white cell count is elevated but we
are still waiting for results to determine the actual problem.
In the meantime, Sadbh
received antibiotics and hopefully we will find out more tomorrow.
It had snowed over night and
since the only outings in the last week was to the doctors office we bundled up
the kids and headed out to play in the snow for a while. Sadbh had great fun
and was completely wiped out by the time we got home.
