Sadbh needed to be suctioned around one in the
morning and afterwards she slept soundly for the rest of the night.
She was in a great mood all day and despite having to
hang around while Katie and I took care of our taxes and other boring bits of business.
We managed trach care shortly after getting home and
once we were done Sadbh got to play in the sunshine in the back yard.
Later we headed out for a walk through the
neighborhood and Sadbh got to stop off for ice cream on the way. She was
thrilled with herself and this time she picked out a flavor that she liked,
unlike previous visits when she picked out bubble gum or some other terrible
flavor.
Bedtime tonight was so much easier and Sadbh was
asleep moments after her head hit her pillow.
