Sadbh had another restless
night however she tolerated her trach being capped for an hour and twenty-two minutes.
Despite being so restless her
sats were good and her temperature was normal so we think she was over the worst
of whatever she was fighting.
By 7:00 she was wide-awake
and in a very good mood. She and Katie had a nice long cuddle and they even got
some playtime in before breakfast.
The weather was not too bad
this morning so after breakfast Sadbh and her entourage headed up to Trader
Joes to get some groceries. There were some good tunes being played in the
store and as they waiting in line to check out Sadbh started bopping to the
music, much to the enjoyment of those around her.
Thankfully Sadbh took her nap
today so Granddad and Amy were able to manage trach care. She was in a deep
sleep and ended up sleeping for a couple of hours.
She was in a great mood when
she finally woke up she was delighted when she received fish and chips for
dinner. For desert she had strawberries and blueberries.
Sadbh was full of energy for
the rest of the evening and had so much fun playing with her toys.
By dinnertime she was
starting to get very tired and had moments of crankiness. She would only allow
Katie to put her to bed and was very happy when Katie did.
