Katie and I are still torn about Sadbh’s procedure
tomorrow. Our confidence is not like it was prior to the last procedure and we
have a huge fear that her voice will be further damaged by the lasering of her
vocal cord. That said we also feel that it might be a step in the right
direction to getting Sadbh’s airway big enough so she could thrive without the
need of a trach.
We are scheduled to check in at quarter to eleven in
the morning and she is meant to go into surgery at noon.
I hope we are making the right decision.
