Sadbh’s day started very early as Mommy accidentally
set off the security alarm just after Danielle left. Once Sadbh was awake there
was no hope in getting her back to sleep, especially since Mommy was up.
We had a busy morning taking care of things around
the house and just after trach care Sadbh got to Skype with Sophia back in
Germany. Sadbh was exhausted but very happy to chat with her big sister on the
computer.
Our friends Carey and Ron are getting married this
weekend and today they had a celebration picnic in a park by the lake. Sadbh
fell asleep for a few minutes on the way but woke up just after we arrived. We
had hoped that she might sleep on for a while since she was so tired but Sadbh
is not one to miss out on a party.
Shortly after arriving at the party Sadbh spotted a
couple of kids and went to ask them their names. She was quite pleased with
herself.
When she was done making new friends it was time to
play some miniature golf. She had so much fun and was obsessed with a mini
house that was set up on stage three.
Bedtime was later than usual and despite the early
start and lack of sleep Sadbh took her time in going to sleep. It was almost
ten by the time she finally fell asleep.
