Sadbh slept great and woke up just after 7. I had
taken over from Danielle at 6 and was grateful that Sadbh slept on for another
hour.
As soon as Sadbh was awake it was time to get busy
making breakfast. She helped Mommy make yummy pancakes and banana bread. Sophia
even got up early and joined in on the fun.
Sadbh got very upset when Mommy left for yoga this
morning and it took a while to calm her down. It was heartbreaking to see her
so upset but soon I had her laughing again.
We ended up having a brilliant morning and when Mommy
arrived home Sadbh was over the moon.
The Blue Angels were flying overhead today and Sadbh
was very excited. Ali-Baba stopped by for a play date and Sadbh could not wait
to bring her outside to show her what was going on.
Later they all headed out to watch a parade go by to
celebrate African American heritage in our community. Sadbh hung out with all
the neighbor kids and took a shine to our next-door neighbor Dywane. She was
completely smitten by him. It was very cute and Dywane showed Sadbh how much of
a gentleman he was.
The rest of the afternoon was spent playing with
Ali-Baba and Sophia and by bedtime Sadbh was quite exhausted.
