Sadbh slept well. When she woke up, she asked the nurse for a suction before
she put the cap on. This was the
first time the nurse suctioned and she accidentally suctioned at the deeper
depth than she should have. Sadbh
coughed and coughed and after the nurse had left, she explained that it hurt
her. Katie spoke to the nurse
about it tonight and asked that the next time Sadbh needs a suction that she be
called down to supervise.
Sadbh had a good day. It was a lovely day and Katie, Sadbh and Cillian all got out
for a nice long walk, including a pit stop for chocolate milk and a blueberry
muffin.
Later in the evening, Sadbh was surprised by a visit
from Clodagh and Cormac and the three kids had a great evening playing together.
Sadbh was exhausted by bedtime and was fast asleep in
no time. After she fell asleep she
had a few big coughs and Katie suctioned a few times. After listening to her lungs, it sounds like there might be
some congestion that is starting to build up.
