Sadbh had a nice relaxing day today and slept for most of the morning. She awoke at 6:50am for breakfast, and was back asleep as soon as her tummy was full.
When it came time for Katie to go to work, Sadbh was just waking up, unfortunately Katie was in a rush and felt guilty for not staying home to feed her.
She was in a deep sleep when I got home in the evening, and slept for another hour or so.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t Sadbh who woke up, it was Princess Angry Bird, and man was she angry. I had to work seriously hard to calm the Princess down, and it wasn’t until mommy arrived home before all was good in the world again.
Trach care was a little bit stressful tonight. Sadbh was not fully asleep and was fairly fussy.
I think she’s getting very used to us poking and prodding around her neck, and seems to tolerate it somewhat.
Once we were done, she was happy to fall into a nice deep sleep.
Katie is off tomorrow, so Sadbh gets to spend the entire day hanging out with mommy and making up for lost time throughout the week.
