Sadbh’s
day was not too different than yesterday, however we did get out of the house
for a walk, which was the first time since Sunday. Sadbh was so happy to be
outdoors and took off running. She was almost two blocks away from the house by
the time I caught up to her with her equipment.
Trach
care went well today and the walk obviously tired Sadbh out as soon fell asleep
and did not wake for almost two hours.
We
met a potential night nurse this evening and went through the usual list of
questions. Sadbh took a shine to her straight away but Katie and I have not
made up our minds yet.
The
meeting took an hour and by the time it was coming to an end it was very close
to Sadbh’s bedtime.
