It was another good night for Sadbh and she woke up
eager to play with Sophia. The two girls had a great morning but when it came
time for Sophia to leave Sadbh was extremely disappointed.
Katie and I spent the morning packing for a trip to
the coast with our friends. Sophia and her brother were a great help as they
entertained the kids while we got everything packed up.
The road trip was a breeze and Sadbh stayed awake
until a few miles from our destination of Seabrook. It took a couple of hours
to unload her equipment and get the room set up and as soon as we did it was
time for trach care.
Sadbh’s friend, Cora, hung out to watch trach care
and she was intrigued with everything we did and with all the equipment that Sadbh
has.
Once finished it was time for a snack and then she
joined her friends for some fun and games.
She had a great evening with her friends making s’mores
and it was extremely late by the time she went to bed.
She was happy to see her bed and was out like a light
in no time.
