Sadbh
had an uneventful night and slept soundly until shortly after 7. Granddad had
taken over from Helen at six and as soon as Sadbh woke up she wanted Mommy.
She
had a fun morning playing with Nana and solving puzzles and she was quite tired
when it came time for lunch.
It
took a while for Sadbh to eat lunch and as soon as she finished up Granddad and
I managed trach care.
I
was fully sure that she was going to take a nap afterwards but she got a blast
of energy and it was back out into the living room to play again.
Later
we all headed up to the Seattle U campus and then up to Trader Joes. Sadbh
walked most of the way and only wanted to be carried for a few blocks.
By
the time we arrived home she was very tired and very cranky.
When
it was time for bed, she had no problem.
Sadbh asked Katie to get in bed with her. As soon as Katie put her head next to her, Sadbh put her arm
around Katie’s neck, closed her eyes and she was out.
