Sadbh had a much better night and woke up close to
eight. Unfortunately, she was in a grumpy mood and she wanted Mommy.
I had an appointment early in the day so I packed
Sadbh’s breakfast up and we headed off. Ali-Baba met up with us and she and
Sadbh had a picnic while they waited for me.
Sadbh had a great time with Ali-Baba and as soon as I
finished up we all headed home to get trach care out of the way.
The rest of the day was spent playing and having fun
around the house.
Katie’s father flew in this evening for a few days
and Sadbh could not wait. She was very excited all afternoon and before we
headed to the airport she got busy making a thank you card for him.
As soon as we got home she gave him the card and read
it out to him. It was very cute.
She was still awake when Kim arrived so Kim had to
wait half an hour or so before going into Sadbh’s room. Katie worked her magic
and soon Sadbh was sound asleep.
