Sadbh slept great and woke up bright eyed and bushy
tailed at quarter to seven. She was in a wonderful mood and ready for breakfast
when I took over at half past seven.
Breakfast took almost an hour, all meals take forever
for Sadbh, and when she was done we had to get ready to visit Conor, Aibhin and
their new baby brother Odran.
Sadbh was delighted to be visiting her friends and
was very excited for Cillian to meet his new friend.
The kids all had fun playing together and we even got
to read a few of Aibhin and Conor’s favorite books.
Sadbh did not want to go when it came time to leave.
The rest of the evening was a little bit trying as
Sadbh and I butted heads and just could not get along.
It was exhausting for the entire family and I think
Cillian even got a little cranky as a result.
Trach care was stressful but thankfully we made up
afterwards and the rest of the evening was a lot better.
We have a new nurse starting tonight and the thought
of showing this new person the ropes is not very exciting.
Sadbh mentioned before she went to bed that she does
not want a new nurse and wanted Katie to phone Jirapa to come instead.
