Sadbh woke up around half past six and insisted on
Harjinder holding her hand until I took over an hour later. She was in a great
mood and wanted to show Harjinder her new doll.
Katie’s friend, Carey, was stopping by for a visit
today so we got trach care out of the way as soon as possible. Sadbh was happy
to see Carey and after Cillian got some snuggles in it was time for Sadbh to
get to play.
She had a lot of fun with Carey and even got to play
in her house in the back garden.
Katie met up with some friends later in the day.
Sadbh was starting to get tired so we hung out with Cillian and I read her a
few books. Before we started off she figured it would be a good idea to steal
Cillian’s binky (pacifier) and wake him up. Thankfully he dropped back to sleep
and by the time I was finished the fifth book Sadbh was fast asleep also.
She slept for an hour and a half and this backfired
when it came time for bed tonight. It took until almost quarter to ten before
Sadbh fell asleep, long after Harjinder arrived.
