Saturday was very quiet, for the most part in the NICU. Sadbh was quite fussy with her breathing tube and the respiratory therapist had to re-set it a couple of times. Eventually they gave her more morphine to make her more comfortable, and consequently she spent most of the day sleeping. I hope she doesn't expect this treatment when she gets home.
Our plan today is to keep her as comfortable as possible and we hope to give her another bath prior to her big day tomorrow. It is her one month birthday after all.
