After a week of trying, we finally got assigned a case manager at our insurance company. Hopefully we will start to see this pay off in the coming few days.
We also started our intensive trach maintenance training today and we ended the class by practicing on Sadbh. This was terrifying to say the least, but she's still alive and didn't really fuss at all. Our next class tomorrow will be about cleaning the trach and changing out the neck strap etc.
Sadbh also got to meet our God-daughter, Clodagh, for the first time. Both girls were quite shy at first, but within no time, a new friendship was forged.
