To ensure Sadbh has on demand in room dining, Katie has started her 24/7 stay at Children's hospital. As you can imagine, this is quite exhausting and will get more so as the days go on.
Promising news, our insurance company has acknowledged the need for home care nursing. This doesn't necessarily mean that we will get the full 16 hours per day, however they are reviewing their policy to see what we are qualified for and we should be able to start negotiations by the end of the week.
Sadbh got to meet her cousins in Toyko last night via Skype, she's become quite the world traveller, despite not having to leave the comfort of her hospital room.
