Sadbh had a good night but would not allow Helen to
cap her trach. Her lungs sounded good and thankfully she did not need any
suctioning.
She woke up in a great mood and was happy when Mommy
came into her room to greet her.
Sadbh and I had a really good day and Sadbh ate so
much food throughout the day. It’s been a while since I’ve seen her finish off
a plate of food completely and today she had at least five large meals.
We had an appointment for Sadbh with her acupuncturist
this afternoon and Sadbh was all excited to go. She lay down on the bench and
did everything asked of her by Brenda. She did such a great job that we were
out the door within twenty minutes.
We stopped by Clodagh and Cormac’s on the way home to
pick up Sophia and Sadbh got a chance to play with her friends. By now she was
getting very tired and she was not too pleased when it came time to head home.
After dinner Sadbh was having so much fun playing
that she did not want to go to get ready for bed. She was over tired and when it was finally time she put up a
big fight. Mommy won and sleep
came easy once she was in bed.
Danielle is working tonight and I hope she can get to
cap Sadbh’s trach.
