Sadbh slept well, but woke up around
3 for a quick feed.
Afterwards, she slept until 7:30 and
it was time for fun and games.
Chris has returned to visit Nini and
Sadbh was excited to see him when she came down for breakfast.
She never has to worry about not
being the center of attention as she constantly has someone making a big fuss
over her.
Sadbh got to Skype with my parents
back in Cork and was very happy to see them on the computer.
Trach care was very straightforward
and Sadbh had a short nap afterwards.
As soon as she woke up, it was time
for lunch and more playtime with Chris and Nini.
In the evening, Sadbh and her support
team all headed over to check out Golden Gardens and the Ballard Locks. She was
fascinated with large boats going through the locks, but unfortunately she did
not get to see any salmon swimming up the ladder into Lake Union.
We had our friends Erin and Andrew
over for dinner tonight and Sadbh was very happy playing with both of them. She
really is not shy and is very comfortable hanging out with people that she does
not see on a regular basis.
At one point we went for a walk
through the neighborhood and Sadbh got to see our neighbor Maya playing with
our next door neighbor Charlie’s puppy.
Sadbh was making the sign for dog and
baby and impressed everyone.
She had a great evening playing with
everyone and when it came time for bed, she wanted to hug both Andrew and Erin.
She is such a sweet baby.
