Two good night’s in a row for little Sadbh, and this time she slept through to 5am.
After breakfast, she went back to sleep, and we all slept in until nearly 9am. Not too bad considering how poorly she slept all week.
Katie’s friend Michelle popped in for a visit and got to spend time with Sadbh. It had been quite a few months since she was last in town, and Sadbh has changed quite a bit in that amount of time.
She even got to hang out for trach care and helped out by video recording it.
After Sadbh woke up from her nap, we dressed her up in one of the dresses that my mother sent over a few months back and we took a bunch of photos of her. She is such a beautiful child. I can hardly believe it. And she loves the camera, it’s like she is a natural model. Although, considering that I’ve taken over ten thousand photos of her by now, she aught to be used to the camera.
She even got to Skype with my parents again and also my uncle Raymond.
She was extremely fussy later in the evening and was chomping hard on a few of her plastic toys. I noticed at one stage that she was rubbing one of her toys back and forth across her gums. This is another sign that she is teething.
We have the night nurse working tonight so we moved all of Sadbh’s equipment down to her bedroom. It’s going to be strange not having her upstairs with us, the first time in almost two weeks.
