Sadbh had an extremely restless night and despite giving her Tylenol to calm her heart rate, she was tossing and turning all night long.
Katie fed her a couple of times throughout the night, more for comfort than feeding, however around 6am, poor Sadbh barfed all over the bed.
She seemed to be quite pleased with herself afterwards, and was very happy to be rid of her clothes for a while, at least until we were able to change her into a fresh pajamas.
Later in morning, Katie noticed that Sadbh’s nose was running, so she called Sadbh’s pediatrician to see if everything is ok, and gave them all the details as to Sadbh’s vitals. Her doctor explained that the high heart rate and restlessness could be attributed to teething, and her higher than normal temperature and runny nose would indicate that she is probably fighting some bug.
He wasn’t immediately concerned and explained that unless her temperature rises above 100.4, that we should not get too worries about it
Sadbh was in for a big surprise today, and even though she was off form, she was very excited when she got to see Granddad return for another few months. As soon as she seen him, she was full of smiles and was reaching out to touch him.
It was all very cute, and I’m sure it made Granddad feel very welcome.
When it was time for bed, she was exhausted and her red mono-brow was in full effect. When Sadbh is extremely tired, she get’s this huge red mono-brow and it’s extremely funny to see.
I hope we can all get a good night sleep tonight, especially Sadbh.
