Sadbh woke up a few times throughout
the night and by 7:30 she was wide-awake and ready for breakfast.
As soon as she was done eating, it
was time to play with her new toys. She had a blast and was really enjoying
being wheeled around with her two dolls.
Since it was not raining, Katie
brought Sadbh for a long walk down to Lake Washington
For the first time ever, Sadbh got to
take a bath with Katie. She bathes every day in her little blue tub, but today
she got to jump into the bathtub with Katie. She loved it and was in her
element playing with all her bath toys.
After dinner, Sadbh was pointing at a
photo of Ali-Baba, Kirk, Granddad and Nana and after handing the photo to her,
she started kissing each of them.
We managed trach care later than
usual today and got it done after she dropped off to sleep at bedtime.
Her neck is getting very sore as a
result of the trach ties. We had to apply more medical tape to the back of her
neck and hope that it will clear up soon.
