Sadbh slept great and woke up around eight. Granddad
had taken over from Jirapa and when Sadbh woke up she was delighted to see him.
Once she was unhooked and freed from her equipment
she was off up the stairs to see her brother Cillian. She came running around
the bed to where Cillian was and as soon as she saw him her eyes lit up. She
started talking to him and as soon as Cillian heard her voice he turned his
head and gave her a smile. Sadbh melted when she saw this and told us that she
loved him.
After breakfast Sadbh and Nana went camping in the
basement. She had her wigwam set up and the two of them went on some fun
adventures.
Poppy came by a little later on and got to spend some
snuggle time with Cillian and Sadbh. Sadbh and Poppy spent some time playing
together and both of them really enjoyed themselves.
Trach care was a little later in the day and Sadbh
was a superstar. She was in such a good mood and she allowed Granddad and I to
clean her trach and change out her trach ties without any problems.
The fun and games did not stop with trach care and
Sadbh kept going until bedtime. She has a great imagination and keeps all of us
on our toes trying to keep up.
